ENTERPRISE SYSTEM CATALOG
SB 272 adds a new requirement to the California Public Records Act. It requires every local agency, except local educational agencies, to create a catalog of enterprise systems. Each agency must make the catalog publicly available upon request in the office of the person or officer designated by the agency’s legislative body, and post the catalog on the local agency’s internet website. Therefore, please find the URL Link to all enterprise systems utilized by the Gold Mountain Community Services District.
