The Rental Committee (Committee) is responsible for educating Gold Mountain owners who plan to rent or lease their homes and to establish rental standards to minimize tenant problems within the Gold Mountain Community.
The Committee is further charged with investigating complaints resulting from renting or leasing operations in the Community. (refer to Governing Documents, Rules)
All rental owners must comply with the Gold Mountain Homeowner Association Home Rental and Leasing Rules, approved by the Board of Directors on March 15, 2019.
The Rental Committee is comprised of four volunteers who are GM owners and are appointed by the HOA Board and with meetings held as needed.
